Shipping & Returns
Delivery
Orders are packed within 1–2 business days from our studio. Standard shipping arrives in 3–5 business days within the US; international orders take 7–14 business days. You'll receive tracking by email as soon as your parcel leaves us.
Shipping rates
Flat US shipping is $6. Free over $75. International rates calculated at checkout — duties may apply at destination.
Returns
Not the right fit? Return any unused item in its original packaging within 30 days for a full refund. Hygiene items (pacifiers, feeding teats) are non-returnable for safety. Start a return by emailing care@bloomie.shop.
Damaged or missing
We pack every order by hand. If anything arrives damaged, send a photo within 7 days and we'll make it right.
